| Most probably, we are the first Karaoke store of its kind, ever established in Canada. Fourteen years ago (Year 1991), its founder, Mr. Andrew Cheng, conducted his market survey, introducing Karaoke with the first Mini Karaoke mixer in a small booth rented in a Toronto flea market. The survey result was encouraging and prompted Andrew to establish a Karaoke store at the same location now occupying 4,000 square feet in total. Home Karaoke Ltd. is a Canadian Corporation. It was incorporated on 30 April, 1991 with Ontario Registration No: 940860. We are the designer, importer, distributor, wholesaler as well as retailer of all kinds of Karaoke products, including DVD, VCD and CDG Karaoke Machines, Karaoke Mixers, and Wireless Microphones. We are not an electrical shop; we are a ONE-STOP Karaoke Store. Our objective is to provide singing enjoyment to home. Therefore, we carry, as far as possible, the largest selection of songs available in the two popular Karaoke formats, i.e. VCD and CDG.

Any customer who purchases a machine from us is automatically our lifetime member. Being a member, he enjoys a lot of benefits, like quantity discounts in buying discs, being kept updated of new songs (FREE Song Catalogues for members) and invitation to participate in our company annual events.
Over the years, we have over accumulated 8,000 members. We have organized singing contests for our members and singing contests have now become a very popular event. For each singing contest in the past, there were 32 selected contestants. They were required to perform on stage, and judged by professional singers and musicians. The champion was awarded a free return air ticket to the Philippines and the Top-Five winners were all awarded with our Karaoke machines. The whole event was televised in the Philippine Sundae Show, CFMT Cable 4 Channel 47 in Toronto, Canada.
The
current activity organized for member and their friends is the Home
Karaoke Talents’ Variety Show. It is organized once every two
months. Performers are Members and audience are also members. Admission
by tickets and are FREE for members. The event is meant to be a night
of joy, fun and excitement for members

Ltd. Guarantees Karaoke machines to be free of manufacturing defects
under the normal use to the original purchaser for the following
period:-
Because different people handle microphones differently, we regret that we cannot provide warranty to microphones. However, if you do have problems with your microphones, give us a call for advice. To validate warranty for your Karaoke machine, the registration card must be filled in and mailed within TEN DAYS of purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement of cabinets and knobs. Any alterations, abuse, misuse or accidental damage voids this guarantee. If your set should require service within the warranty period, send it prepaid and insured to Home Karaoke Ltd, 4559 Sheppard Ave East, Unit A, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada M1S 1V3 together with a copy of the bill of sale as proof of valid guarantee and a money order of $25 to cover handling and processing. Please pack carefully to avoid breakage in transit. It is advisable to call us first if your machine has any problem! We were always ready and willing to help! Some problems may be minor and can be solved by our expert advice over the phone! |
