Rental Packages

• Rental of Karaoke Machine is $50 per night, including a Karaoke machine(CDGS/VCD Karaoke Machine), two (2) microphones and five(5) Karaoke discs of your choice.
• Additional discs cost $5 per night per disc, subject to a maximun of 10 discs per rental.
• Additional night rental enjoys 50% discount.
• Rental of the Jukebox Karaoke Machine is $70 per night, including the machine, two(2) microphones and the song book.

Reservation

1. Customers who wish to rent a Karaoke Machine must make their reservation in the store at least one week in advance.
2. On the day of reservation:

• Customers are briefed on how the machine is to be connected to their home TV and stereo system and also how to operate the machine.
• Customers have to finalize their selected Karaoke discs.
• Customers are required to complete the reservation form and pay the appropriate rental fee at the time of reservation.

Pick-up / Security Deposit

1. Customers are required to pick up the rental machine from the store between 11a.m. to 4p.m.
2. On the day of pick-up:

• Customers are required to present one piece of photo identity (e.g. Driving Licence) and a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for imprint as a security deposit. The credit card will not passed through the bank machine unless the Karaoke machine and other items are not returned in proper order or damaged.
• Home Karaoke will show the customers that the machine is working in good condition before pick-up.

Return of Machine

1. Customers are required to return the machine on the due day anytime before 4p.m.
2. Late return is treated as one day rental.

D.J. Service, the machine installation and operation

Customers are responsible for the machine installation and operation themselves after they have picked up the machine.

No Refund

Rental fees are not refundable, for whatever reason, once reservation is made.
