Warranty/Extended Warranty/Replacement Plan

(A) Warranty
Home Karaoke Ltd. Guarantees the following products to be free of manufacturer's defects under normal use, to the
original purchaser, for 1 year, Parts and Labour, from the Date of Purchase.
1. Karaoke Machine
2. Karaoke Mixers
3. Wireless Microphone Systems (Receivers only)
4. Magic Microphone (Power Cord and Accessories NOT included)
(B) Immediate Replacement
Within 7 days from the Date of Purchase, if the product is found with the manufacturer's defects, it will be replaced
with a new one.
(C) Repairing Service
After 7 days from the Date of Purchase, if the product is found with the manufacturer's defects, it will be subject to
FREE repairing service, Parts and Labour.
The defective product should be left with Home Karaoke Limited for repair. A minimun of 7 working days are
required for the repair.
During the repairing period, no courtesy machine will be loan to the customer. If absolutely necessary, a rental
machine may be rent, at 50% of the Rental Rate to the customer.
(D) Over Warranty
If the product is found defective after the valid warranty period, Home Karaoke Limited offers FREE estimates,
and only with the customer's consent to the Repairing Price, repairing should proceed.
(E) Voiding Warranty
This warranty does not cover replacement of cabinets and knobs. Any alternations, abuse, misuse or accidental
damage voids this warranty.
(F) Extended Warranty
Within 7 days from the Date of Purchase, customers may choose to extend their warranty for another year with
the same conditions and benefits at a price of 20% + tax of their purchasing price.
(G) Replacement Plan
Within 7 days from the Date of Purchase, customers may choose to buy a Replacement Plan at 50% of their
purchasing price. The Replacement Plan will cover 1 year after the warranty period expires. During the period
covered by this Plan, if the product is found with the manufacturer's defects, it will be replaced with a new one of
the same model, or a new model of equivalent value should the same model discontinue.
(H) To Establish The Warranty Record
To validate warranty, customers are required to complete the WARRANTY/EXTENDED WARRANTY/
REPLACEMENT RECORD CARD and mail it to Home Karaoke Ltd for record within 7 days of purchase.
If your set should require service within the warranty period, send it prepaid and insured to HOME KARAOKE
LIMITED, 4559 Sheppard Ave East, Unit A, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada M1S 1V3 together with a copy of the
bill of sale as proof of valid warranty.
